Cold Extracted Extra Virgin First Olive Oil
It is produced 100% naturally with modern methods without any preservative additives during the ripe harvest period. Our natural first olive oil, which has a maximum free fatty acid (in oleic acid) of 1.5, is obtained by cold pressing under 24°C in the same way as extra virgin olive oil.
You can prefer this oil, which has milder bitterness and burning properties compared to early harvest olive oil, in your frying, hot and cold dishes.
