Mavras Green Olive Paste

Mavras Green Olive Paste contains green olives, olive oil and rock salt. Green olive paste, obtained from Edremit type green olives in October – November, not only softens the aphthae in the mouth, but also perfectly harmonizes with salads and sauces with its astringent olive flavor. Our green olive paste, which we produce with Mavras’ special formula, is enriched with garlic, red pepper flakes, pomegranate syrup and optional spices and takes its place among the indispensable appetizers.
