Omega-3 source… Our September walnuts, which we harvest by hand from our walnut trees growing on the foothills of Mount Ida, on the borders of our olive groves, are dried in the sun and packaged. Walnut fruit, which resembles the brain in terms of its structure, is said by experts to play an important role in child brain development. Walnuts are a source of fiber and can be used for breakfast, salads and desserts. Those who follow a gluten-free and vegan diet can consume 2-3 walnuts instead of bread at meals.
NOTE: The walnuts obtained from our walnut trees growing on the banks of the streams in our olive groves can be brown or white inside. Our large and small walnuts should be evaluated with their flavor rather than their appearance.
