Mavras, Mavrazade is our family name on the island of Crete. As is our surname given in 1934 with the surname law when we came to the Republic of Turkey with the exchange, Mavras is the combination of Mavrazade and As family name.
The quality of our products comes from our long-lasting and stubborn olive trees. Our olives, which grow on the slopes of the Kaz Mountains, the world's oxygen source, on the slopes perpendicular to the sun and closed to the north winds, are flavored with all their naturalness on the branch. Our olive oils obtained from the olives of Küçükkuyu region bring soft and pure flavor to your palate.


Mavras Olive Oil Factory
Mavras olive oil factory, with its new generation modern technology, was established among the olive grove valleys at the foot of the Mount Ida Mountains as a continuation of hundreds of years of family tradition. Early harvested olives from the organic certified Mavras olive groves in October and November are transformed into olive oil on a daily basis. Thanks to the state-of-the-art technology we use in our factory and the hygiene we maintain, our olives are separated from their leaves and pass through the washing and shower process to the crusher, and from the crusher to the malaxators with an atmospheric pressure piston pump, without oxygen, vacuum, under 26 degrees Celsius. After a maximum of 10 minutes of malaction, the olive paste is separated from the oil in the decanter with completely closed systems and after the separation process, Mavras olive oils with high polyphenol, mineral and nutritional values are obtained.
As Mavras, our biggest feature that distinguishes us from our competitors is that we carry out all stages of production, from the care of our olive groves to harvesting, from olive oil production to storage, filling and sales, under our own supervision and in our facility.
