Mavras Black Olive Paste

Mavras Black Olive Paste contains black olives, olive oil and rock salt. The paste obtained from Edremit type black olives not only softens aphthae in the mouth, but also perfectly harmonizes with salads and sauces with its astringent olive flavor. Our black olive paste, which we produce with Mavras’ special formula, is enriched with garlic, red pepper flakes, pomegranate syrup and optional spices and takes its place among the indispensable appetizers.
